Our cancellation & rescheduling policies are more lenient due to these new circumstances! Please see our revised policies below. We believe this will help keep us all as safe as possible.
Please note: Two things remain the same - all DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and…if you do not give the artist at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, any deposits may be lost to protect the time and energy of our artists and small business. Last minute cancellations, no matter the reason, still hurt our business. You have reserved their time with a sum that is less than what they will make on your service. When you back out, the deposit is kept as small compensation for the time and money lost.
1. By appointment only. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment.
2. Front door will remain locked and hallways will be prohibited for waiting or hanging out.

3. You must wear a mask for the duration of your time at Glow and the hallways of Sola. I have disposable masks for $2 if you need or forget one.
