CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glow, we loves serving you and meeting your treatment needs. However, please remember and be mindful that your scheduled appointment

time is just for you and only you. 

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of all services booked will need to be paid before booking a new appointment.

No-Shows will also be charged 50% of the booked services.

Cancellations/Reschedules with at least 24 hours notice may be done online through your confirmation text/email, by texting (828) 738-2672 or emailing ali@glow-skin-lash-brow. Online and text is the quickest way as emails are checked twice a day, in the Morning and at the end of the day.

We require a credit card number to hold appointments for all booking times.

Please note that my schedule stays consistently booked, and openings may be limited as I am only one person. I truly appreciate your patience as I took the time to get into the flow of being in the studio again after months of closure. It feels amazing to be back!

BOOKING POLICY:

A card on file is required to secure your appointment. Please keep in mind the time is secured for you, and any late cancelations or no-shows takes time away from your esthetician and others on the waitlist.

SICK POLICY: 

Let’s keep each other healthy! If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any COVID related symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, difficulty breathing etc, please text me at (828) 738-2672 as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS:


Clients must arrive on time to their appointment. Since I will be deep cleaning my studio after every appointment, a late arrival means cutting into dedicated cleaning time set aside for the next client.  Any appointments 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be marked as a No-Show and a 50% late cancellation fee will need to be paid before making a new appointment.

FACE COVERINGS:


All clients must show up to their appointment wearing a face mask. 

SANITATION + DISINFECTION:


Clients will be required to wash or sanitize their hands in bathroom/studio prior to their service. Hand sanitizer and payment system has also been implemented. Additional time between appointments for amplified sanitation and disinfection protocols will ensure a deep cleaned space for every client.

NO GUEST:

No additional friends or family will be permitted in the studio. If you don't have daycare for your child the day of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment as no child are allowed in the studio. Please text (828) 738-2672 or reschedule online through your confirmation reminder, if you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged a cancellation fee.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

At GLOW, it is our intention to satisfy our clientele. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return the unopened item within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. All opened product purchases are final sale.  Ask for samples to ensure you like the product and it works for your skin needs.

GIFT CARDS: 

GLOW gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase, are treated as cash and must be present at time of payment. They are not returnable or refundable, but are honored for the dollar amount purchased. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Donation gift certificates are good only for the service issued and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
